- Cheques/Bank drafts to be issued in favour of “Gulshan HomzPvt. Ltd.” Payable at Delhi. Outstation cheques shall not be accepted.
- Registration, Stamp Duty and Other charges shall be payable at the time of offer of possession.
- The super areas include the covered area plus the proportionate area under common corridors, passages, staircases, mumpties,projections, water tanks etc.
- The Terms and Conditions of salestated herein are only indicative and are subject to detailed Terms &Conditions in the Allotment Letter.
- All building plans, layouts, specifications are subject to changes and modifications as decided by the Company, architect or any other competent authority.
- Timely payment of the installments is the essence of the agreement. For any delay in payment an intrest @18% shall be charged.
- Service Tax as applicable.
- It is the responsibility of the customer/allotee to pay TDS on each demand raised (excluding service tax) if property is worth 50 lakh and above.
- The prices at the time of booking are escalation free.
